I had a great experience with this shop. I brought my Mercedes SL500 in for a diagnostic and they were extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. Charlie was the person I worked with and his communication was top tier. He kept me informed, clearly explained what they found, and made sure I understood everything that was going on with the car. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to properly evaluate the vehicle without rushing through anything. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a shop with strong expertise and excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend them. Big thanks to Charlie and the team for the great communication and professionalism.

The team at DC Motor Werks has been wonderful to deal with. Cameron and his staff did a fantastic job of looking after any and all questions that I had. Throughout the entire process, they treated me like family. I am the proud owner of a vintage Mercedes-Benz, that was delivered to me in like new shape the day it rolled off the factory floor. 5 Stars all the way

DC Motorwerks is by far the best option to get your Mercedes vehicles serviced. I brought my E63 AMG to them for regular maintenance and an inspection. They took fantastic care of my vehicle and addressed all my concerns as well as answering my many questions. Andy was great to work with, he helped unload my vehicle from the trailer, provided great explanations, and recommended all necessary services through the process. They even offered a complimentary clean up of my car while it was there! Overall, the quality of service was great, the communication was frequent and clear. I highly recommend DC Motorwerks and their team to anyone looking to get their Mercedes serviced!

If you know, you know. The gentlemen here are some of the best in the business at their craft. These are nationally renowned Mercedes-Benz repairman. The entire experience is first class, from inspection to completion. They even had a loaner for me. If you watch the YouTube channel you can see the amount of knowledge, training and equipment they have for the job. I recently purchased a 2012 E350 cabriolet and I wouldn't trust it with anybody but Cameron and Andrew. This is a true enthusiasts shop. If this place can't do it to your Mercedes then no place can do it to your Mercedes.

I first met Cameron and Andy when they hosted a technical workshop for the local Mercedes-Benz Club. They were super friendly and knowledgeable - Club members who had previously had their cars serviced there spoke very highly of them. A couple of months later, when I bought a new-to-me 2012 C63 in Miami that then broke down on the way back to Atlanta, DC MotorWerks was my first choice for getting the car back on the road. Cameron and the team were super helpful and easy to communicate with from getting my car shipped to them, to inspection, service, and pick up. They demonstrated great expertise and thoroughness during the inspection, while being transparent about the urgency of various repairs. Additionally, their pricing was very competitive. I look forward to future events they host and will happily take my car to them again!
